*DAILY DEW 22ND/JANUARY/2022* **NARROW IS THE WAY (II)* _Key Bible Text:_ *"You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose the easy way.”* (Matthew 7:13 (NLT)) _Bible Insight:_ The alternative to the Broad Road, is the Narrow way. It is available for anyone who want to walk in them. It has prerequisites and rules and regulations to walk in them successfully. It is the matter of the choice an individual makes I will like to emphasize on the Narrow Road/Way. According to our key text, both way leads to some where. But they are just like words and opposite: one leads to life (Narrow Way) while the other leads to death (Broad Way). The one that leads to life has its do's and dont's while the one that leads to death has no rules accept whatever works or feels good. It's a matter of choice. There is a great instruction and command in our key text. It says *"Enter by the narrow gate*". The market is flooded with surefire, easygoing formulas for a successful life that can be practiced in your spare time. Don't fall for that stuff, even though crowds of people do.”* (Matthew 7:13(MSB)) _Bible Insight:_ Every normal human being likes to be free to do anything that they will without being questioned about it. And most people like to walk & live freely and not be bound to some rules and regulations but will that be possible for a heaven minded person? NO! There are two possible kinds of road one can pass through depending on who a person submits to. It's either one submits to the supreme God through Christ Jesus or the adversary (the devil) through all other gods or mediators. One way possible is the broad way according to our Bible Text. I will like to compare our main version with another version and add verses 14 to it. *DAILY DEW 20TH/JANUARY/2022* *AMAZING GOD* _Key Bible Text:_ *"The world's a huge stockpile of GOD-wonders and God--thoughts. Nothing and no one comes close to you! I start talking about you, telling what I know, and quickly run out of words. Neither numbers nor words account for you.”* (Psalms 40:5 (MSB)) _Bible Insight:_ God is the beginning and the end. How can I start to describe the wondrous, glorious and great things the Alpha and Omega has done and the ones He is still doing? Have you ever wondered about the awesomeness of Yahweh, His faithfulness, His Love so great and overwhelming? He causes great surprises and wonders that the mind cannot overemphasize. Miraculous God. Ponder on His excellency, so marvelous for words. A forsaken person is being lifted through the love He has for humans. *What is man, that thou art mindful of him and the son of man, that thou visitest him?* (Psalms 8:4 (KJV)). So great love that cannot be fathomed -- *"This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life."* (John.3.16 (MSB)) Unsearchable King of Glory, too much to understand, yet He uses my heart as His dwelling place. The owner of everything, without Him nothing was made that was made. *Everything was created through him; nothing--not one thing!- came into being without him.* (John.1.3 (MSB) He loves you through your good or bad. He does not erase your future because of your bad. But you need to align and seek the *Amazing God* and He will show forth in His splendor. He answers prayers in miraculous ways; Sovereign God, Mighty God in Battle. He left His throne up in Heaven to dwell among men to show His loving kindness and how men can be perfect when they truly follow His footsteps. He made us in His likeness. He is the Mighty Ruler, who can manage everyone on earth without any complaint. He never fails. He is too faithful to fail. His mercies are new every morning and it is everlasting. *DAILY DEW 27TH/ OCTOBER/2021* *ENFORCING THE KINGDOM OF GOD* _Key Bible Text:_ *"For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."* (Romans.14.17(KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ God is good and His mercy endures forever. He has a great plan for all His creation, especially man. God is still mindful of everyone here on earth. Psalms.8.4 (KJV), says *What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?* He is still faithful to His word that He does not want anyone to perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9). Indeed, the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. However, it appears that we see or find the opposite of this today. A lot of people are more subject to the devil than they are to God. *This is must become our prayer today: "Oh Lord, let Your kingdom come!"* There is work to be done. There is a provision to enforce the kingdom of God here on earth which also implies to set the world right. To enforce the kingdom of God here on earth can only be achieved through the power of God in you when you receive Him. John.1.12 (KJV) says *But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name* Accepting Christ and having His power in you is not for enjoyment alone. It is to enforce His kingdom here on earth. He has given us power that is above every other power. The power of the Lord in you is to enforce the kingdom of God, exercise the power of God in you through studying and digging deep into His Word and applying it to your daily activities. This will foster the presence of God that you carry and this in turn will be a blessing to you and your generation. Enforce the kingdom of God and let the devil be in trouble and confusion because you received Christ. Stand for holiness, righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run into Him and they are safe. When you take cover in JESUS he takes over your life, so you can take over your world- as you enforce His Kingdom! MEDITATION: *The kingdom of God must be established because you received Christ. *DAILY DEW 21ST/OCTOBER/2021* *SIN NO MORE** _Key Bible Text:_ *Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.* (John.5.14 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ *We have become his poetry, a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny He has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works we would do to fulfill it!* (Ephesians 2:10) This is the plan of God for each and everyone's life, according to Ephesians 2:10, but there is a state in which a man needs to be that will make the man (both gender) to accomplish this promise God has for us. It is not enough to hear or know about Jesus but have you been saved? Is your salvation genuine to the extent of leading to transformation to the likeness of God? *In Gen.1.26(KJV), And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. * Although the flesh will want to manifest its sinful desires in human life, this is why we have been recreated in Jesus as the only way, the truth and life. It not just to confess it, but has it really formed in you and transformed your mindset? There is still a tendency that sin will want to surface that is why Jesus made it clear to the man which had an infirmity for thirty-eight years after he was made whole that he should sin no more lest a worse thing come unto him. (John 5:5&14). The statement Jesus made is still directed to a lot of people today. It is possible to sin no more when you allow the Holy Spirit and the Word of God (Bible) lead you at all times and empower you to live above sin and have victory indeed. *He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.* (1John.3.8 (KJV)) Sin No More! You can do this through the help of God's spirit in you. Develop more intimacy with God, to the extent of you having the mind of Christ fully formed and activated in you. The Lord is so much interested in this. Allow Him to turn your life to a testimony of His presence indeed.
