*DAILY DEW 21/SEPTEMBER/2023* *Small advice for believers.* _Key Bible Text:_ *"*And when Moses was gone into the tabernacle of the congregation to speak with him, then he heard the voice of one speaking unto him from off the mercy seat that was upon the ark of testimony, from between the two cherubims: and he spake unto him."* (Numbers 7:89 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ Have a notebook where you write down prophecies and instructions which you receive in public meetings or in your private meetings with the Lord. Go into the place of prayer with your Bible and your notebook. Prophecies are tools for spiritual warfare, and materials for building our destined future in God. Don't joke with them. Capture them. Go back over them and meditate. Pray into them, and rejoice over them. Your best days are here. One thing I have learnt is the importance of the prophetic in preparing us for the future. One simple way to define prophecy is: "God speaking to us". Prophecy is an entrance into the mind of God. Every Believer is prophetic in a sense. We all have the Spirit of God and can therefore know the mind of God. But there are also those who stand in the office of the Prophet. And their role is very important. Please don't underestimate the prophetic in preparing you for the future. Guard prophetic words given to you. They can save you from unnecessary troubles. They can give you speed. One way to activate the prophetic is to be given to much prayers. God speaks back when we speak to Him. When we make out time to worship God and seek Him in prayers, God will minister back to us, and show us things to come. *DAILY DEW 13/SEPTEMBER/2023* *Pursue Purity* (II) _Key Bible Text:_ *"I made a solemn pact with myself never to undress a girl with my eyes."* (Job 31:1 (The Message)) _Bible Insight:_ Dear Believer, For the sake of your purity and sanity, don't fall for the trap of leaked sex videos or gists parading the internet. Don't be careless with what you allow into your mind. What we see with our eyes stays long in our minds. Do you know the enemy has a game plan to pollute your mind and distract you from your consecration to God? These things are not out there by accident o. We don't get corrupted when we do the act, the corruption starts from our minds. Don't give the devil a play ground in your soul! If you have fallen into sinful sexual habits, don't hide. Sin festers and grows in the dark. Become accountable to spiritual leadership and mentorship, preferably someone of the same sex. *DAILY DEW 21ST/JUNE/2021* *THE DESIRE OF OUR FATHER* _Key Bible Text:_ *Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.* (Ephesians 6:2-3 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ Fatherhood is not about bossing around. The man is the head, but he must also be the servant of all. True fathers fight for their family. They provide for, protect, and position their families for greater heights. I strongly believe that fathers are underrated. We go through a lot for our families, but are rarely recognized or praised. Fathers are built differently from mothers, and thus may not be able to handle certain pressures which mothers handle. But our intrinsic features equip us to be strong upholders of the integrity of our homes. Fathers are priceless! God has specially placed fathers in the home to instruct their families in the way of the Lord. This role must not be abandoned to the mothers. And just as women are made to be helpers to their husbands, HUSBANDS ARE BUILT TO BE HELPERS TO THEIR WIVES. It's not a one-sided affair.
