*REDISCOVERING THE MESSAGE* (VIII)

_Key Bible Text:_
*With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.* (Ephesians 4:2-3 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_

You see, when people join our local church from other places, due to whatever reasons, I don't instruct them to stay away from their former alliances with their church. I've never seen a need for that! We aren't building a cult group. So, it was a big surprise to me to see people who left our local church to join another, based on my own recommendation when they gained admission into the university, stay away from us totally. I was later to find out that they were instructed to cut ties with their former Pastor and church. In fact, when one of them wanted to come back home after school, the pastor kept saying he cannot return because he has been trained by them. This my folk had to tell him he learnt the word in his home church and joined them based on the recommendation of his pastor. A lot of back and forth, he eventually came back home. I was really amazed.

A friend of mine complained about the same thing - how everyone he recommends a church to eventually cut away and never return even after they are done with their one year NYSC. I can't understand this at all. You've trained someone for over 5 years and then they join another place for just one year and they are already in a fix; they can't return because they now feel they owe their life to the new church.

This friend of mine was asking me whether he should also start implementing such a model and I counselled him against it frankly. You don't need to learn such gimmicks. Just serve Jesus! People come and go. Those who choose to stay voluntarily are those you can call your fellow workers. It shouldn't also stop you from recommending people when necessary. Let them keep building their personal brands while you keep serving Jesus in all simplicity.

Honestly, some Pastors need to re-evaluate why they are doing ministry. Is it still about Jesus or about us? Some models of ministry are just too bad to adopt. In all your learning ministry, don't learn things like this. Think about the BODY OF CHRIST, not the tiny fraction that you are.

*MEDITATION:*
*"There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.* (Ephesians 4:4-6 (KJV))

*FAITH OVER LOGIC*

_Key Bible Text:_
*Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.*
(Matthew 21:21 (NIV))

_Bible Insight:_
How does faith operate? For a start, faith begins where logic ends.

1 Corinthians 2:5 says that our faith does not “rest in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.”

Faith is based on who God is - His unchangeable character, His power and His Word. Faith is not based on our ability, our expertise or our acumen.

Abraham exemplified this “illogical” faith. Hebrews 11:8 says that, “By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going.” (emphasis mine)

Quite unlike Abraham, we want to understand all the pros and cons before we implement a decision, or even take a step forward. But faith is about implicit trust and obedience in a God whose ways are far beyond our comprehension.

Like Abraham, faith will cause you do things which seem radical. It will cause you to look foolish. But, remember, such acts of faith propel the greatest breakthroughs.

MEDITATION:
*One of the greatest obstacles of faith is human logic. It’s only when you let go of logic can faith operate fully.*

*FEAR NOT*

_Key Bible Text:_
*"He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm."*
(Matthew 8:26 NIV)

_Bible Insight:_
There’s no question about it: the situations we face in life will rock our boats. For the disciples, it was storm that had them in a tizzy. For us, it could be a job situation, a financial problem, a health condition, or a relationship issue, among other complications.

There are, literally, hundreds of perfectly logical reasons to give in to fear.

The Bible, however, makes it amply clear that God doesn't intend for us to succumb to fear. In fact, you might have heard that the phrase “fear not” appears over 365 times in Scripture.

While we will undoubtedly face fearful situations in life, our response to fear is critical. We can’t avoid circumstances that rock our boat, but we can choose to combat it the right way.

So, what is the antidote of fear?

The answer is found in the words of Jesus in Mathew 8:26: “Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?”

The verse doesn’t say, “O you of little courage” or “little education,” but, “you of little faith.” (emphasis mine)

Clearly, we can either succumb to fear - or operate through faith.

Faith inspired the young shepherd boy, David, to defeat a famed war hero twice his size, while the rest of the Israelite army trembled in fear.

*Faith looks fear in the eye. Faith dictates to fear. Faith leaves no room, not even a foothold, for fear.*

MEDITATION:
*Are you holding on to fear? Know that you can step out of the boat in faith when you keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. Pray for that mustard-seed-sized faith that will grow with each step of obedience.*

*REDISCOVERING THE MESSAGE* (VII)

_Key Bible Text:_
*"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord."* (Colossians 3:16)

_Bible Insight:_
I think the singing of songs is quite underrated in the Christian community. And we are all in this, so no one is to be blamed for it. Growing up, I saw the singing of songs as merely a prelude to the sermon of the day or just another opportunity to dance and drop my offerings. But looking at the scriptures today, we can see how much of a deal singing songs is in our Christian walk – an integral part of the Christian faith, as we will later see.

Just three scriptures to look at, and it will be a wrap. The first one was by Apostle Paul in his letter to the Corinthians. 1 Corinthians 14:15
*"What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also."* Apostle Paul, in this text, shares something profound, howbeit in a subtle way.

He seems to attach as much importance to singing as he does to praying, hence, placing them side by side. Understand that singing of songs is not to while away time in our devotional times with the Lord. It is not something we use to warm up in anticipation of the real thing (which could be prayer). By the way, for some, what they see as the main thing is Bible study. But it could amaze you to know that through the art of singing songs, we can get so full of God’s word that it takes over our utterances.

See what Apostle Paul wrote to the Colossians 3:16. Is it not amazing? I mean, do you not find it surprising that God's word can come to you through spiritual songs? Paul instructed that we can (and should) use the singing of songs as a tool to teach ourselves God’s word until we become full of it. So, it’s not only through sermons that I get to be filled with God’s word; through songs too.

And lastly, in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians, we see how believers in Christ can be filled with the spirit – through the singing of songs. In Ephesians 5:18-19, it instructs, *"And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;"*

Again, how does Apostle Paul expect and instruct us to be filled with the Spirit? BY SINGING. It sounds too simple, right? This is why I believe the concept is underrated in the Christian community. But if you’re reading this, you can start to consider ways to keep your mind full of songs that edify. And I’ve not said we can’t listen to songs that entertain us; I’m saying we should pay more attention, that is, give more preference to songs that’ll stir us to pray. Songs that’ll stir us to be conscious of God’s presence and workings in our lives.

*MEDITATION:*
*This week and beyond, let’s cultivate the practice of “listening intentionally’ to the right kind of songs that’ll spur godly emotions in us. Amen?*

_Key Bible Text:_
*"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.."* (Proverbs 22:6 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_

Some christian parents pray for their children to grow up to serve the Lord and be dedicated to Him, but when their prayers are being answered they don't like it. Your child has chosen to join a local church that's quite some distance from home simply because she's led there and she's growing well in such a place, but your issue is with the distance despite the fact that you are not paying T.Fare. Distance yi noni

Your child doesn't miss midweek services but because he/she gets back home late sometimes due to traffic or whatever, it's a concern and he/she must stop at once. "What is it gaan? Are you the only one serving Jesus?" You are very angry and mad with them.

Guess what? Same parents will be jubilating and rejoicing when the child gets a job on the Island and has to go from the mainland everyday. The distance is no barrier in such cases. Even when the child says he/she wants to quit, the parents will still encourage him/her to continue. Go for it! It's worth it!😅 Should we talk about coming home late? I've seen parents stay up till 11pm, and even 1am (extreme cases), just to receive their children back home from work! But the child gets back home 9pm from church, and they just cannot take it. Church wants to have retreat or camp meeting, you no go gree. But if na business vacation, the God that answers by fire has done it.

*MEDITATION:*
*Before you pray such prayers for your children, understand what the answer might look like. It seems we have parents praying for children like Samuel, but cannot leave them to consecrate themselves to the service of the Lord like Hannah did.*

*THE IMPRESSIONS OF THE SPIRIT*

_Key Bible Text:_
*"That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.* (John 3:6, 8 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_

God is a spirit and all that worship Him, must worship Him in spirit and in truth. God speaks to us through many ways. Sometimes He comes by a still small voice. This voice comes to our head or heart telling us to do something at a given time. Sometimes the Lord speaks to us through dreams or visions or even revelations.

God always speaks to us through His word. Whenever we approach His word with an open mind, we get to hear God speak to us. The Spirit of God is always giving directions and guidance and strength towards God. The Holy Spirit moves in mild yet firm ways. Those who are born of God, have "ears" and receptivity to the word and will of God.

The impressions of the Spirit come in different forms. Sometimes it comes like a knowing, or a strong sense of urgency, or an idea, or a strong burden (to pray) or even a still small voice, or a daylight trance.

The most important thing for the believer is being sensitive and obedient to the impressions of the Spirit. For every believer, the more awakened and in touch you are with the Spirit, the more you flow in the impressions of the Holy Spirit. One must never be afraid to yield when the Holy Spirit comes with His impressions. This makes the difference between the successful and unsuccessful believer.

*MEDITATION:*

*REDISCOVERING THE MESSAGE* (IV)

_Key Bible Text:_
*"For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise."* (2 Corinthians 10:12 (KJV)

_Bible Insight:_

In ministry, your emphasis will change if you start taking up projects that are beyond your financial capacity; things that burden and put so much pressure on you.

You were steadily doing ministry and raising men till you heard one church pays 1m for venue every Sunday. Boom! You're immediately inspired by their faith not knowing they have steady partners and supporters they've built over the years. You also started with a 300k per Sunday rent even when all the giving that comes to church is not up to 200k per month. But you have faith in the God who did not send you to change venue. That's great.

You heard a church has bought screen for the stage, you also quickly rush to price one. And then you compare your almost red account balance to the cost, but you still leaped in fate, sorry in faith. *Sometimes, we think God is as desperate as we are in funding such non essentials.* You were fine until you saw screen in another man's church!!! Now, because you need to buy the screen at all cost, you start preaching more about money, giving, sowing and reaping, special seeds, honour through seeds, etc.

Man of God, it is not God that is inspiring all these messages and emphasis o. It is the pressure you've put upon yourself! It seems we've forgotten that God is not trying to fund everything we lust after. He is particularly interested in raising men. You don't have to lose your sleep to fund God's work. The venue is not yet full but you just want a very luxurious place that you can't afford at the moment. They've told you to dream wild and God will fund it. They lied to you. *God wants you free of covetousness.* In ministry, growth happens in every area. Some of the people you are coveting used the venues available to them, or the ones they could afford till there was growth numerically and they needed more space. Quit being carnal in your service.

*MEDITATION:*
*There are things you will spend money on at a stage in ministry that clearly shows you have your priorities misplaced. I believe God sends resources for the right things. In fact, I believe it strongly. Which is why I believe the man of God should just ensure to stay faithful to the work and be free of covetousness..*

*REDISCOVERING THE MESSAGE* (III)

_Key Bible Text:_
*"Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee."* (1 Timothy 4:15-16 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_

When we began weekly accountability in my local church, which I consider to be a sound church, it revealed how many people really need to develop a daily habit of feeding on the word and praying. I'd check people's study notes for the week and find out why they couldn't commit. For some the excuses were so flimsy, while others seemed to have legitimate excuses. And then I was able to counsel and encourage people. That brought some change.

Why did I start doing this? Because I know from the bible that discipleship is not merely about coming to teach every Sunday. We are going to give an account of people's lives! It's important to keep people accountable; in fact, we have moved to daily accountability. We can be preaching hot and fiery sermons every Sunday yet people will not grow because they don't commit to the word through the week! I mean, here's a church where we labour hours in the word yet there were those who had no personal commitment to their growth outside the gathering. It was a wake up call for me.

I was telling someone yesterday that the entertainment driven worship culture is giving us very poor feedbacks as a church. So, you have people who never study the word and pray all week attend church, and because of the powerful musical performances, the whole church is fired up, jumping and shouting and screaming, so much energy in the sessions! Then suddenly, you hear that the leader of the music team becomes an atheist or one of the pastors is having sexual affairs with members, and you wonder, 'with all the powerful services?' Truth is, it's a concern when very committed folks in church have such experiences. But another truth is that they were only committed to the activities in church meetings without a personal day to day commitment to God's word and prayer.

See, without proper discipleship, we are just running a religious club. Good music will always stir people's emotions whether it's in a social or spiritual gathering. People who are so out of touch with God's word and prayer can suddenly become so ecstatic in a meeting where the atmosphere or ambience just seems right. It's a psychological thing. It's the reason why people are so excited in the meeting but then it all fizzles out after the service or next day. The only thing that brings stability and real growth is a daily feeding on the word and prayer!

*MEDITATION:*
*It's good you are setting up good sound and lights - they are cool for the media. But without solid discipleship, these are the very things that would deceive us to think the church is growing when what's really happening in the meetings is a pump of adrenaline - an impact that's shortlived.*

*REDISCOVERING THE MESSAGE* (II)

_Key Bible Text:_
*"Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find? The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him"* (Proverbs 20:6-7 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_

When people talk about collecting mantles, they are simply speaking of a transfer of affluence and popularity; becoming a global voice. That's why the examples are always about how Bishop Idahosa passed the mantle to Bishop Oyedepo. Or how Pastor Kathryn Kulman passed the mantle to Pastor Benny Hinn. You don't find people waiting to collect mantles from a faithful labourer of Christ in some remote region, whom they know. It is always about popular men of God.

It is a man-made idea.

1 Corinthians 12 and Romans 12 are classics on the differences in functions in the body. Everyone should stay in his place and do what God has called him to do. While some are queuing to collect mantles, some are already doing what God has called them to do. They may never even be under the spotlight; but they will fulfill their ministry in Christ!

While we are busy naming God's Generals, God is busy recognising faithful servants - men who stayed in their place and did His work all for His glory alone - popular or not. You may have to read this twice.

*Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.?* (1 Corinthians 3:5-7 (KJV))

*EQUIPPING YOURSELF FOR OTHERS*

_Key Bible Text:_
*"And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;"* (John 17:19-20 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_

YOU'RE a solution to your generation. You're an answer to the prayer of your parents. You're an answer to the cry of revival from a local church or group of people. You're someone's making in a sense. Someone took extra mile steps so that you can turn out well, maybe your parents or your teachers, or your pastors or your mentors or even all of the above. Therefore, you are not permitted to live for self. You must equip yourself for the sake of your generation.

Your salvation is not for your sake alone. Your seriousness with God, your studies, your purpose and your calling is not for your good alone. Your dedication to your work, is not for your selfish wants to be satisfied alone. You are to be equipped for the sake of those whose future, salvation and deliverance and prosperity depends on you. Jesus had to seek sanctification for the sake of his disciples, from the twelve down to everyone of us today that believe in His name.

If Jesus could carry on till the end, because He realized that you and I and the entire world, depend on His sacrifice, His sanctification and his assignment's fulfilment, how much more you and I? We can't afford to live selfish and direction-less lives. That habit of lying, that spirit of fornication, that spirit of breaking other people's heart through your unseriousness, that spirit of malice and anger, that spirit of pornography and masturbation, is actually not dealing with you alone. If you don't sanctify yourself, you will pass unto your children, and several others who will look up to you, the same poor brand of Christian faith and lifestyle.

Unless we arise, and overcome that besetting failure in morals, habits and lifestyle, we are going to become a poor and bad example of leaders, parents, and believers. For the sake of your generation, arise from your slumber. Arise from your un-seriousness with God. For the sake of your children, arise from your lack of focus and ambition. For the sake of the host of heaven, hoping on our generation, to bring back the King of Kings, may we not fail God.

*MEDITATION:*
*For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?* (Esther 4:14 (KJV))

*REDISCOVERING THE MESSAGE.*

_Key Bible Text:_
*"Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set."* (Proverbs 22:28 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_

It's my opinion, that if we don't go back and study and I mean really study the early church, and read from early authors, we will lose critical concepts of God and the Church. Over time, emphasis change, even over the last one hundred years. Some truths can become lost. If you are only reading popular 21st Century American authors, you may be missing something extremely important to the Christian faith.

Not considered "ancient" by any means, read Watchman Nee. Read "The Practice of the Presence of God" by Brother Lawrence. Read Dietrich Bonhoeffer. Read "The Dictionary of Early Christian Beliefs" by David Bercot.

Read "A Glimpse at Early Christian Church Life" by Tertullian. Read "Polycarp's Letter to the Philippians & His Martyrdom". There are too many to name. But important truths are being lost. When is the last time you really heard a good message about God and His Holiness? When is the last time you heard about the fear of God?

The 21st Century message is MUCH different than it was in the first and second centuries. Even over the past century. Before, the heavy focus was on God. Now it's on ourselves. I'm telling you, the message has changed. Take some time and reacquaint yourself with the messages of old. Discover what's been lost over time.

You will be amazed.

*MEDITATION:*

*CULTIVATING GOD'S PRESENCE.*

_Key Bible Text:_
*"After that, Enoch lived in fellowship with God for 300 years and had other children. He lived to be 365 years old. He spent his life in fellowship with God, and then he disappeared, because God took him away."* (Genesis 5:22-24 (GNB))

_Bible Insight:_

What we need is God's presence in our lives enough for God to be fighting our battles. Imagine how Moses was defended by God Himself when Miriam and Aaron challenged and murmured against how it was only him that God was speaking through. Miriam suffered leprosy for a season as a result. God's presence in Moses' life was so strong that God will not allow him to be maligned or his character assassinated.

Do you spend quality time in the presence of God? This is a key factor to anyone who desires to command or cultivate the presence of God. With the presence of God deliberately sought, cultivated and maintained, one will enjoy more from God and from being a believer. All we need is the presence of God! His presence makes the difference.

How do you call down the presence of God? A couple of factors are helpful. These include service to God, giving to God to God's people, being active in evangelism, among others. However, most importantly, we call down the presence of God by worship and fellowship with the Spirit. Worship is not limited to an activity done in church. Worship is a way of life. Worship involves making time to sing spiritual songs and hymns. Worship involves meditation on the word. Worship includes studying & reading the word. Worship above all, is rooted on obedience to the Holy Spirit.

To cultivate God's presence, we need to deliberately shun certain things, people or actions. Stop listening to those songs that will not invite the presence of God. Stop reading books that doesn't bring the presence of God. There are too many distractions in Lagos. Mind what you listen to or watch.

Also deliberately do certain things, relate with selected persons, and take positive actions that will draw you closer to a consciousness of God's presence. Create a notice board where you write words that you want to keep before you. Use Apps that voice out the word of God. Memorize the word. Commit the word to memory. Memorize the Scripture. Live a life of prayer and yielded-ness. Make yourself vulnerable to God. Move closer to people who are excited to know God and take steps to be closer to God. Covet the gift of discernment. Knowing what to do per time, what to refuse or accept, and who to follow or unfollow, can't be overemphasized.

*MEDITATION:*
*Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;.* (Ephesians 5:19-20 (KJV))

*Your Body For His Glory* (IV)

_Key Bible Text:_
*"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.* (Romans 12:1 (KJV))

_Bible Insight:_

The FOURTH godly problem with self-stimulation is this - God created sex and designed the sexual experience to be within the covenant of marriage. There is no other setting for sex or sexual activity. Sex begins with touching, not of yourself but of the other person. This is why in a church program several years ago, a question was asked where sex begins, or where sex starts from. And I answered that it begins from touching or even holding hands, and people were like Nooooooo! Ahn ahn!! So I asked if anyone was willing to give me their wife for a test; let me just hold her hands and rub her hands

And they shouted again "Noooooooo!"

I was not even right. Sex begins, as Jesus said, in the heart; and once the heart is thinking sexually, every touch and even every look, is sexual in nature; and immoral. Unless the person you are touching is your wife; and is also interested in touching you at that time. God created sex for intimacy between husband and wife, not for pleasing or gratifying ourselves. Masturbation does not improve intimacy between husband and wife

I could say, follow me in marriage, as I follow Christ (assuming I were married)

I could say, follow me in intimacy with my wife, as I follow Christ;

But could I say, follow my example in masturbation, as I follow Christ?

The answer is NO.

In summary, masturbation, although not necessarily called a sin in itself, is a self-gratifying addiction, which is a weight; and is never far from lust, which is a sin. It is therefore important to remove lust and other sinful activities from our bodies and minds, so that we may indeed present our bodies to God and pursue holiness, as is fitting for all God's children.

FINALLY, know this: there are many fine Christian young men: both single and married, WHO DO NOT MASTURBATE. They are not specially anointed or gifted. They have just learnt to glorify God with their bodies, to cut out of their lives any viewing of or thinking about erotic thoughts, and bring their appetites under the control of God's Spirit. Many of them were once given to sexual impurity but one day the Day Light dawned on them; it fell off like water off a camel's back. ..

"No! This is not for me."

*MEDITATION:*
*You can also yield your body to the living God as His temple, and become God conscious in your life until you begin to experience real purity and chastity, in living for God and loving your spouse.*

*Your Body For His Glory* (III)

_Key Bible Text:_
*"This is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality; that each one of you know how to control his own body in holiness and honor, not in the passion of lust like the Gentiles who do not know God.”*(1 Thessalonians 4:3-5)

_Bible Insight:_

The SECOND godly problem with masturbation is lust. It is nearly impossible to self-stimulate for sexual pleasure without thinking about a sexual picture whether of a person or an object, maybe. This is lust, and lust is clearly immoral (sin). In fact, nearly everyone who self stimulates, got into masturbation this way - by exposing themselves to erotic material. Jesus said looking (or thinking) at a woman lustfully, is adultery (or fornication) in the sight of God.

You have not touched the woman, but sexual thoughts have started towards her. God sees it as immorality. Therefore that is what it is. Masturbation frequently goes alongside pornography or sexually stimulating pictures somewhere. Almost, if not everyone who masturbates, has a lust problem. That is a sin against God and against one's own body. The release of sexual tension is not in itself, a sin; but masturbation combined with lust, is always sinful. It is granted, that if lust problems and pornography are taken care of, masturbation becomes a non-issue.

Some have asked "what of if i'm thinking about my wife when I do this?"; which has led some to say masturbation is okay when married couples are doing it about, or for each other. Some believe there is no improper sexual act between husband and wife. Well, please consider the point above and the point below.

The THIRD godly problem with masturbation is addiction. Masturbation is highly addictive, and so is pornography. Some cannot do anything until they have done some masturbation. Some look for any opportunity to masturbate. Others see a fine lady and cannot rest until they have masturbated. Anything that controls your behaviour and disrupts your life like that is simply wrong: whether it is tobacco, cannabis, or alcohol, or masturbation. It is a weight, and it is a sin of immorality.

*MEDITATION:*
