The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him"* (Proverbs 20:6-7 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ When people talk about collecting mantles, they are simply speaking of a transfer of affluence and popularity; becoming a global voice. That's why the examples are always about how Bishop Idahosa passed the mantle to Bishop Oyedepo. Or how Pastor Kathryn Kulman passed the mantle to Pastor Benny Hinn. You don't find people waiting to collect mantles from a faithful labourer of Christ in some remote region, whom they know. It is always about popular men of God. It is a man-made idea. 1 Corinthians 12 and Romans 12 are classics on the differences in functions in the body. Everyone should stay in his place and do what God has called him to do. While some are queuing to collect mantles, some are already doing what God has called them to do. They may never even be under the spotlight; but they will fulfill their ministry in Christ! While we are busy naming God's Generals, God is busy recognising faithful servants - men who stayed in their place and did His work all for His glory alone - popular or not.
