He was clearly selective. He had a parable to some audience but had the interpretation of the parable to a different more personal audience. This means knowledge should be audience appropriate when being shared. Don't just open your mouth ajar and share everything you know because you have such knowledge. All things being equal, God's justice system will never let the wicked go scot free. The principle of "Back to Sender" is one that simply rides on the general principle of sowing and reaping, or reaping what one sows. The wicked shall not go unpunished.
