All things being equal, God's justice system will never let the wicked go scot free. The principle of "Back to Sender" is one that simply rides on the general principle of sowing and reaping, or reaping what one sows. The wicked shall not go unpunished. Wickedness will attract divine judgment when there is no repentance. God is committed to answer every cry for justice.
