Its been weeks😩😩
Hope we've been catching up great and the Christmas spirit has taken greater toll on us?
Its been a tough year but we are pulling through fine..â¤ï¸
So about today's write-up/video session,
The place of value can only be understood when you first find value or significant in a person or a thing.
There should be an acceptance of the fact that there is worth or respect attached to that person or thing...it's not meant to be back up lines or made up stories to make others feel they've been meaningful in your lives.
Having value or valuing should be related to finding worth or importance in what has been built over time. Saying it is another clear indication that you've known and come to accept that truth of their contribution in your advancement.
Stop this trend of glorifying relationships that are not worth glorifying or abusing the support and value people have placed on us or we on them.
Value is strong and irreplaceable (unless the value was lost over time or intentionally) and should be used in that light so people clearly cut people who are there to occupy space from people who have actually impacted into our lives; no matter how small.
Its important to note that people can value particular actions or gestures that best suits them and not the person on that light.
Its not right as sometimes it changes course to selfishness and self gratification.
On the other hand people sometimes do things that change lives but still keep themselves on points that would not attract value eg someone who lie or cheat over time can not be valued as a trusted person but his actions of philanthropy can be accepted and valued.
So value, my friends is relative but necessary in every sector if the world.
No time for liabilities!
To be valued, one must understand the place of value and how it works.
Don't sit around and wait for people to come value you...
Stand and create value for your self.
We each have things we consider valuable..
So let's not feel using that to buy people's trust or waste people's time makes the world any nicer.
Stand with true value for yourself and your future and understand the value of others in your life as we desire to be value... It seperates the wheat from the tars🥂

Most hurt,pain, anger, heart break and negative emotions are always geared towards one thing.....fallen expectations.
Sometimes we feel we've been wronged or not at fault in some problematic scenerios. Other times, we really don't understand how or what makes us feel that way. All we do know is that there was a certain way that person should have acted to suit you or relief you of that hurt you feel.
It's expectation simplified😌
We say "expectation" a couple of times without fully understanding what we really mean. This is to help you understand better.
Expectations are not really bad things as it is something every human must do in one way of the other. This is because life is filled with expectations(both realistic and unrealistic) and what makes it unusual is the fact that it doesn't always go the way we "expected" or "wanted".
This doesn't mean expectations on it's own are wrong. No, it is one element that cannot be removed from human relationships(even people and God have expectations). It only gets better when you realize expectations are only to be met on balance of probabilities and the result you feel is not because of the person who did whatever he /she shouldn't have done to you but that expectation you had of them to or to not do it.
Let's open our minds to this using this example;
A is best friends with B and it's A's birthday tomorrow.
It's only but normal for A to expect B to call and say lovely wishes.
When B failed to do so, A was hurt and sad.
Would you say B hurt A as to B being a person on his /her own?
Many would says yes, B hurt A(it's always the general answer and that's what the normal mind would interpret it asðŸ˜)
But guys,the answer is No. B didn't exactly hurt A as to B being a person on their own. It was A's "expectations" of B to call in as a "best friend" that hurt him/her.
Imagine if B was just a casual friend and A had no expectations?
It won't even count as offensive because nothing was expected, therefore, no need to get surprised ðŸ’.
Now, would you say it was wrong for A to have such expectations of B?
Of course not!
It was a right valid expectation that had a mutual and right foundation of cause.
So now you understand where I'm going...😎
Most disappointments are as a result of already set up expectations. It's left for you to take the next step to understand the reason for your pain (checking for what makes it a valid expectation and how to resolve it).

MENTAL HEALTH 1
This is me waking up one day and telling myself "Sweery, you need to get up and shake of this bad energy...you look sick".😩
As we all know, Nigeria faced a great deal of crisis after the tragedy of 20th October hit us all. A lot has been going around, anxiety and fear has been created in the minds of people, many more launched into depression and slowly everyone forgot a glimpse of hope.
So, let me just ask you..."Have you been mentally stable lately?"
Most likely, the answer is No.
With all the pressures from the media and the silence of the government, we have all dwindled into anger, sadness, murmuring, bickering and unnecessary "drags". All of this activity has proven to be unhealthy for our minds when we constantly unleash our anger on things not worth it and can't differentiate between right and wrong, feasible and non feasible, lies and truth. Some of this habits slowly sink deep into our systems, thoughts and mode of operation; we hardly do anything else than feed our minds with this contents and develop addictive attachments to wanting to know everything and anything (which of course wasn't the usual routine).
Honestly, you can't really know the state ofyour mental health if you can't spot the difference.
What do I mean?
You can only tell that things have changed and you are getting more stressed mentally than you ought to be, when you already know how your mind works and the things that positively and negatively affect it.
So, how do we stay fit mentally?
Learn to sieve your contents. Avoid things in general that will keep you thinking (brain storming like you want to pass a quizðŸ˜).
Slow down or completely cut off social media (or best still stay away from groups or persons that initiates discussions or arguments that will lead to no where and get you more confused for no reason).
Stand on verified information (it's a solid foundation for good judgements and opinions) and avoid commenting on every newsline or post or gist(self control comes in). Feed your mind positive/inspiring thoughts♥ï¸(engaging in positive activities would be of help).
Your mental health and stability should be priority and as such, every bad energy that comes your way.."Start your ignition honey and zoom zoom zoom!"😎
