WELL BEING
Sometimes our definition of well being is being limited to things we feel are more relevant like our physical or bodily health, financial stability, spiritual growth and others, but we forget that that doesn't create balance in our total and complete well being.
We should understand that no part functions without the other, just as the body can't function without the heart, and we should try to gain 360° wholeness: physically, emotionally, psychologically, mentally, spiritually and financially.
Identifying and accepting a fault in this state of our well being brings us one step closer to getting solutions. So, do not ignore them and wrap it up under "Men should be men..we don't feel or express or seek help or take corrections", "Women should cover, take it all in and accept their fates in circumstances they find themselves in"..
Stop the facades!
Focus on a complete, balance, healthy well being today even if it means taking a break, letting go and moving on.
You are very important to us and to the world..🙂
