You must understand what breaks your heart and what gives you peace. Don't keep your struggles to yourself. Share it with people that can help make it easier to cope or deal with. Just because it is you that know what you're struggling with does not mean you can't share with those who maybe able to help or at least lend a listening ear. Don't keep your emotions too bottled up to the point that you become bitter and lonely. Share your struggles but also share your joy with those that you can count on to keep it safe.
