(The Message) Proverbs 11:11 By the blessing of the upright man the town is made great, but it is overturned by the mouth of the evil-doer. (BBE) Proverbs 11:11 When God blesses his people, their city prospers, but deceitful liars can destroy a city. (CEV) This is a reminder that you Ade blessed to be a blessing. That's the civic duty of the upright. You can't be upright if your blessings does not uplift the people. God wants us to live such life that others will see our light and glorify his name. In matters of evil or negative influence, the upright must never dance to the tune of the majority.
