Before you decide that something is not working
1. Look at ALL the results from that thing.
2. Use negative results to galvanize you into positive action.
3. Process your negative emotions and work through them. Don’t run from them and don’t lean into them so that they disempower you.
4. Reframe things to “trick your mindâ€. For example instead of saying “only 13 people came for my eventâ€, I could have said “Look at the impact and money that we made!â€
5. Life is full of ups and downs. It’s life.

Just so you know, nobody started really really good. We learnt on the job. Your beginnings shouldn't be compared to someone's 10 years of experience. That's so unfair to what you're building. Give yourself time to grow.
