*DAILY DEW 4/NOVEMBER/2024* *THE LIGHT OF THE RIGHTEOUS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out."* Proverbs 13:9 (KJV) _Bible Insight_ May your light rejoice!!! This is a prayer of consistent rising and lifting and shining. Your light rejoices when it is in ascending order or degree of brightness. Proverbs 4:18 (KJV) But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day. This is the definition of how our light rejoices. It means that we celebrate victory over darkness. It means we are on an ascending order and continue to overcome the challenges that darkness brings our way from time to time. On the contrary, Proverbs 4:19 (KJV) says "The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble." When we stumble at challenges and trials, we have kissed a degree of darkness. *DAILY DEW 3/NOVEMBER/2024* *POVERTY DESPISES CORRECTION* _Key Bible Text:_ *"The ransom of a man's life are his riches: but the poor heareth not rebuke."* Proverbs 13:8 (KJV) _Bible Insight_ The poor are poor first in their mindset and attitude to life. Those who disdain correction are courting poverty, because by their adamant disposition they are blinded to opportunities. Never be poor in mind. Be rich in your thinking. Don't be hard towards rebuke and correction. Rather, assess them, sieve the good seeds out and make the most of them. The rich will have their wealth, access, and network as a ransom in the day of needs! *DAILY DEW 2/NOVEMBER/2024* *POOR RICHES AND RICH POVERTY* _Key Bible Text:_ *"There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches."* Proverbs 13:7 (KJV) _Bible Insight_ "There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing", this shows possibility, a communication of a kind of prosperity that lacks substance. It is a way to say, while there are riches that are substancial, it is also possible to have riches that are superficial and actually amounts to emptiness-- nothing! All riches do not amount to prosperity. Some prosperity lack substance. There is even that as well. Conversely, "there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches." It is also a communication of possibility, and existence of a type of poverty that lacks no substance. I can immediately think of John the Baptist or even more accutately Jesus Christ. *DAILY DEW 1/NOVEMBER/2024* *Righteousness over wickedness* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner."* Proverbs 13:6 (KJV) _Bible Insight_ Your rising is tied to your right standing with God's words. To stand right with God, you must accept, act & align with the Word. The way of righteousness is the way of obedience to the Word of God. When we are rising in our obedience to God's words, your alignment is counted as righteousness. When we are failing in our obedience to God's words, your unalignment is counted as sinfulness which can also register as wickedness before God. The advantage of righteousness includes a cover or protection of its practitioners.
