Sorry, that's the goal actually! But the only thing to add is that the goal is to amass treasures in righteousness. *DAILY DEW 24/JUNE/2024* *Sons & Fathers* _Key Bible Text:_ *The proverbs of Solomon. A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.* (Proverbs 10:1 (KJV)) _Bible Insight_ A son is a father in the making and a father is a son who has been made. Fathers recreate themselves in their sons consciously or unconsciously. A successful father desires to install wisdom in his son. And a successful son is one who desires to upgrade himself to a higher version of his father. When the son becomes an improvised version of the father, then the father has become successful. Women cannot wait to be wives of men who have been good sons of mothers whose fathers succeeded in making wise sons. A foolish son is a serious heaviness to a mother because she knows that another woman will one day be troubled in their married home or be put in a family way by an unfortunate man who sadly is this foolish son of theirs. *DAILY DEW 23/JUNE/2024* *O YE SIMPLE, UNDERSTAND WISDOM* (6) _Key Bible Text:_ *A foolish woman is clamorous: she is simple, and knoweth nothing.* (Proverbs 9:13 (KJV)) _Bible Insight_ Clamorous, loud, noisy, shrieking, vocal, vociferous, outspoken etc describes her. To make matters worse, she is simple and of low depth in knowledge. Reminds one of the cliche, but this time, beauty without brain! Or empty barrel that makes the loudest noise. This is not just a woman to be avoided but one to never resemble, talk less of being like her. Wisdom causes longevity, good life and impactful living! To do life without wisdom, is a wasteful and wicked living. Wasteful because you will never be positively impactful while just occupying space and resources meant for others. Wicked because your wasteful living is a disservice and an undue burden for many. If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.
