Know those who love work and deliver as expected nine out of ten times. Know those who do not show great enthusiasm but still push themselves to deliver as expected seven out of ten times. Know those who will generally perform poorly, or full of excuses more often than none. If you know the capacity of your team members, you will know how best to delegate tasks to them. The real work is in getting to know the various capacity of your team mates.
