This is because there's a place of firmness in demonstrating your personality and any attempt to go below what you've set takes you to the path of dancing to a certain tune that's either not well deserving or selling yourself cheap. Sometimes, people feel you need their validations. That's a lie! Show them how hard you can reflect a worthy personality. Bigger, stronger and better than theirs! Periodttt!..

Every pursuit of like-mindedness is SELECTIVE. From choosing the kind of people you want in your circle to the kind of choices you make, down to the product of your choices. Interestingly, there could be times you'd feel you've met like-minded people but a closer look at their choices and decisions at a particular time says otherwise. Hence, the need to either DETACH or be more SENSITIVE to what's happening around you...

For many reasons, our path crossed. We formed a cycle - first as ‘FANmily!’ A cycle that's not a part of our bloodline. A cycle away from our confines. Our interests and priorities were a close match. We bonded, spent hours together like we were born out of the same womb. In our darkest moments, we drew one another closer; spoke about ‘light’ amidst these moments. When it seemed like we'd break, we were knitted on all sides by love - the Love of the Almighty! Oh! That we may love without conditions, whether a part of us is in pieces and the other, like fine wine. That we ain't ‘fairweather’; rather present for one another in all seasons. That we ain't ‘just attracted to one another like fans’ are towards their favourites. But attached to ourselves, as we pursue growth and spread our branches like the family tree. A generation after another. . . In the end, we gladly smile with good cheer as we refer to one another as ‘FAMILY’. A Big Family! © TheJoelation6™..
