*DAILY DEW 29/DECEMBER/2024* *Synergy MISSIONS* _Key Bible Text:_ *"And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us. And Jesus said unto him, Forbid [him] not: for he that is not against us is for us."* (Luke 9:49-50 (KJV)) _Bible Insight_ JESUS will not have his disciples forbid someone casting out devils in His name because the person was not among those named disciples or directly instructed by Him. His reason was simple: "HE THAT IS NOT AGAINST US is for us". This buttresses the synergy principle of MISSIONS. The Missions that must take the Gospel to the ends of the earth is the one that every believer considers themselves as stake holders. The laborers that are needed in the harvest/missions fields are those who do the work first as for the Lord-- and not to make a name for themselves. Missions succeeds when everyone identifies with it.
