*DAILY DEW 13/JANUARY/2023* *HOW TO BECOME AN ASSET TO YOUR LOCAL ASSEMBLY* (II) _Key Bible Text:_ *And a certain Jew named Apollos, born at Alexandria, an eloquent man, and mighty in the scriptures, came to Ephesus. This man was instructed in the way of the Lord; and being fervent in the spirit, he spake and taught diligently the things of the Lord, knowing only the baptism of John. And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.* (Acts 18:24-26 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ _Become A Resource Person For The Growth of Your Local Assembly_ The local church I attended never could supply all I needed. I attended every Thursday a Bible Teaching Centre led by Venture Omor, a fantastic teacher. I attended every weekend Night vigil in a Grace of God Church to develop praying and remained in my local church. I learned faith, praying, and the supernatural from outside my local church, but my local church was where I got saved and stayed until I went to a higher institution. Ministries and ministers like me are here to supplement the ministries available to you in the local church. Stop running around in circles with everyone that fascinates you. You can learn from a thousand instructors, and be useful in your local assembly. God will not uproot you to follow anyone because of miracles, or any expression of ministry. 99% of people run after what God ordained for them to learn and implement in their local assembly. Those of you following me here, the day I announce I am coming to your city to plant a local church, you are not who, why, or what I am coming for, God wants me to inject new energy reaping the harvest of lost souls in your city! Everything I do here is to exhort you, so you can be more useful and fruitful in your local church. Stop jumping ship to follow people like me that inspire and exhort you. Learn, but keep faith in your local church. Stop joining every, "workforce" request for church plants by people you met and follow online.
