*DAILY DEW 10/DECEMBER/2022* *PREACHING THE GOSPEL* _Key Bible Text:_ *"Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law."* (Matthew 10:34-35 (KJV)) _Bible Insight:_ Someone: Can You Preach the Gospel without sounding like you're against anyone or anything? Me: That wouldn't be the gospel. As a preacher of the gospel, I'm against satan I'm against his messengers I'm against all false ideologies I'm against everything Christ is against I'm in a warfare, not at the cinema. To preach the gospel well, I must magnify Christ above all, while taking a clear stand against what He stands against, always. I am not seeking an escape route from persecution. Check the bible well, every persecuted preacher preached against men and their idols. Don't take my word for it. _MEDITATION:_ *"Oh, my brothers and sisters in Christ, if sinners will be damned, at least let them leap to hell over our bodies; and if they will perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees, imploring them to stay, and not madly to destroy themselves.
