*DAILY DEW 23/JUNE/2022* *UNDERSTANDING PRINCIPLES OF THE KINGDOM:Seeds of Destiny* (V) _Key Bible Text:_ *"For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. As one who reckons, he says to you, eat and drink, yet his heart is not with you [but is grudging the cost]."* (Proverbs 23:7 (Amplified Bible)) _Bible Insight:_ Our focus remains on non-obvious seeds that are critical in destiny determination _Types of seeds_ (Cont'd) 5. "MY THOUGHTS ARE SEEDS" Thoughts are an intricate part of the mind. Your mind matters because it's the factory of your thoughts. Mindset is very important because positive thoughts come from a positive mindset. *The thoughts you harbor makes the man you become and the world you create around you!* *_Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:_* (Philippians 2:5 (KJV)) The question is, what kind of mind was in Christ? Philippians 2:6-8 paints a very clear picture of Humility, service and love. That's the mindset of Christ in summary. Only a mind filled with humility, service and love can produce the kind of thoughts that is becoming of a Christlike believer. Take another look at the kind of mindset that's recommended for you and I: *"Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty (snobbish, high-minded, exclusive), but readily adjust yourself to [people, things] and give yourselves to humble tasks. Never overestimate yourself or be wise in your own conceits."* (Romans 12:16 (Amplified Bible)) Once the Christlike mindset is in place, your thoughts (and even words) will be humble, loving, patient, non-self glorifying, easy to deal with, peaceable, controlled, etc. With such thoughts (and words), you won't be far from being more like Christ. Not only that, your thoughts will give birth to wholesome words, that heal, encourage, rebuke in love, and inspires. Your thought is a seed, your mind is the preservative and storage system. Your thoughts as seeds when firmly planted can grow your life and your world around you. What kind of thoughts are you harbouring? Elijah thought he was the only one standing for God, but he was wrong. God corrected him. The woman with the issue of blood, thought touching the helm of Jesus will save her, she was right. Be careful what you think! *Don't think less of yourself but think of yourself less.* _To think less of yourself is to lower your opinion of yourself.
