Regardless of what you've been through, don't stop loving.

The job of the heart is just to pump blood and to love people.



Before going to bed today,

Try as much as possible to forgive those who've hurt you, if you can.

When we hold unto past and decide not to forgive, we inadvertently transfer aggression and resentment to our present.
