An abundant Life

An abundant Life
HopefulMe
I used to have a long term illness that reoccurs at least once in 2 months.

I have been living with this illness from my primary school days until I met with a friend in my SS3.

I was sick that day I came to his hostel. So I narrated the illness to him and how often it reoccurs.

He said, "The reason, the illness has kept reoccurring is because I have not gotten angry enough to rebuke it".

He also said I was still comfortable going through the whole thing.

He said I should curse that illness and that I shouldn't give it a chance.

When I went back to my own hostel, I prayed.

I told God that I'm done with that illness.

That it's better I go through "HIV, Ebola ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚" etc but not that particular illness.

That's to show you how much I hated that illness and how willing I was to fight it.

And guess what, from then till now, the illness has not reoccurred again๐Ÿ˜ฎ.

And it won't because my spirit, soul and body has won the battle already.

And this is how we have to take life.

We don't have to allow everything to happen to us.

We have the choice to live a healthy and happy life.

We have the right to live an abundant life because that was why Jesus Christ died on the cross.

Well, I don't know how this relates to you.

But always know that whatsoever God did not begin in your life, surely has an end!
