JESUS STILL LEADS ON
HopefulMe
When you face rejections.
When you meet disappointments.
When you call for meetings and no one turns up.
When people say you can count on them and then they fail you.
When you start up a business and you lose everything.
When you write exams and fail repeatedly.
When you go look for a job and you don't find any.
When people you love die.
When you face heart breaks, traumas and there's no one else to trust.
When the doctors diagnoses you with chronic illnesses.
When you try again and again and still fail.
When the future seems so dark.
When the whole world is trying to pull you down.
Always remember to be of good cheer, because Christ has overcome the world.
It's difficult believing God when life becomes hard but in times like this that's when God is closest to us. To guide, console and protect us.
For we are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair.
Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.
And therefore having this assurance with a promise, I reaffirm to you that: You are a winner, you are a success and you are more than conquerors!
Believe your way into this Victory, Jesus Christ still leads on.
