Everyone needs a safe haven for a quick getaway from Life's stress.
When you are there, you let your guards down.
It's like shedding every layer of skin that protects you when you are outside and after shedding your old skin, layers of new skin are worn, strength is given and you are ready again to face the world outside.
We all need this because we can't stay strong at all times
We can't keep putting up a brave face and acting like everything is okay when we really are dying inside.
I'm not saying don't be strong, I'm saying when you are weak, find strength. Don't keep it in.
