The gift of Love

Hello dear, God has given us a gift of LOVE. God is love.



God is happy and proud of us when we exhibit this gift of love he has given us. He wants each and every one of us to share this love with everybody, even to our closest enemy and farthest friend.



Now look at this. The devil has really tried to fight this gift of love God has given to us. I call love a gift because it is actually a gift from God.



The devil has tried to impute hatred, envy, anger, jealousy into our hearts and minds so we won't be able to portray this gift of love. He uses little things to impose erroneous conceptions in our minds. He makes us hate people without any perceptible reason. He now makes us feel jealous and envious towards the growth and success of people including those we call our friends, loved ones, classmates, neighbors etc.





Okay, as if that was not enough. The devil now came in through the means which we find confusing and misleading. Bringing it down to our daily and individual lives, the devil has also introduced stuffs like lust, infatuation, sentiments, crush etc to the people of today. We now experience what i call "mixed feelings". We struggle to differentiate this gift of love from all these cravings (crush, lust , infatuation) prevalent amongst us.



We now find it difficult loving people with this love of God. Even when we try we, still see ourselves going contrary to what is right.



I urge us young people to be strong. Let's overcome this world and the devil with the grace of God in our lives. Let the love of God continuously flow in our hearts.



Love unconditionally as God has loved you. Reach out to the needy, help the sick, encourage the weak, pray for your friends and family. Share some love.



I know its not easy but its worth it. I myself, i'm still working on it too. God will help us. I love ya. Thanks for reading..
