If one doesn't fight fear, it eats you up. Av been in a situation where i get scared easily irrespective of what is happening. My heart could be peaceful but all of a sudden,it begins to beat so fast like i was loosing my life.... The fear began eating me up slowly....even while in church praying and i managed this fear a certain period of time. Mind you, i am a christian. Now the testimony is.. 1. thinking of how Jesus loves me and shouldnt allow me face such battle of the mind already started bringing healing. 2. I had to pray to God for forgiveness. 3.I had to forgive myself and anybody i held grudges against 4.I seriously began studying,speaking,and living by the word of God. The effective power of Gods word began to work in my life. Halleluya Beloved, fight fear if not it eats you up so fast. God is so mighty to save us!!!!
