Just yesterday I got into my room and there was this stuffy smell in the room owing to the fact that the windows had been closed since morning. I was uncomfortable but since I had no other place to go, I decided to stay and deal with the smell. It wasn't long and I couldn't smell anything anymore. Just then my friend walked in and went, "what's that smell? ". I wondered what smell she was talking about until it hit me; the smell had not left the room, my nose just got used to it. This really got me thinking. Some things and people we let into our lives might have seemed like bad influence on us, but as we let them stay, our "nose" will get used to them and we won't see anything wrong with them anymore. The mind is very tricky and we must learn how to master the mind if we must achieve success. We must learn to "censor" the things we let into our minds because they leave deposits in us and gradually heap to produce the results we see.
Well, I opened my windows and let in fresh air and I think we should do the same. Let's open our windows and doors so that all the bad air can leave and we can let in some fresh air.
You can only give what you have, so invest positively in yourself so as to impact positively on your generation.
